At Allied Termite & Pest Control, we’re more than a pest control company, we’re a family dedicated to protecting yours.

Our journey began with a desire to build something of our own while serving homeowners with honesty, expertise, and genuine care. Before bringing Allied to the Greater Richmond and Mechanicsville area, owner Sam Vafiadis spent years learning the pest control industry from an experienced professional in the Roanoke region. Through hands-on training, certification, and real-world experience, Sam developed the knowledge and skills needed to identify problems, provide effective solutions, and help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments—their home.

In 2018, Allied Termite & Pest Control expanded into the Greater Richmond and Mechanicsville area with a simple mission: deliver reliable pest and termite protection while treating every customer like family. Since then, we’ve proudly served homeowners, businesses, real estate professionals, and property managers throughout Richmond, Mechanicsville, New Kent, Williamsburg, and the surrounding communities.

Family has always been at the heart of Allied. Sam and his wife, Susie, built the business together with the values they believe matter most—integrity, hard work, accountability, and exceptional customer service. Their daughter, Bella, helps support the business, continuing the family tradition of serving customers with care and professionalism. Their son, Nick, proudly serves our country in the United States Navy, and his dedication to service is a constant source of pride and inspiration for our family.
